I founded Head2Toe in 2020 to give families the time, communication, and support that a strong pediatric relationship deserves.
My approach centers on helping you understand your child’s needs and feel confident in the next step. That includes getting to know your child, making room for their voice, and working together as they grow.
Our Meet & Greet is a chance to ask questions and see whether Head2Toe feels right for your family. Bring your kids—we’d love to meet them, too.

What is concierge pediatrics?
It’s ongoing pediatric primary care through a membership. At Head2Toe, that means extended visits, direct physician access, and proactive support throughout your child’s development.
Does Head2Toe become my child’s pediatrician?
Yes. Membership is designed for an ongoing primary care relationship, including wellness and sick care, care coordination, and guidance as your child grows.
Do you take insurance?
Membership fees are paid directly to the practice; we do not bill insurance for the membership or primary care visits. Insurance may cover certain services such as vaccines and labs, depending on your plan. Health insurance remains important for hospital, emergency, and specialist care.
What happens when my child is sick?
Members contact the practice directly for guidance. We arrange same-day sick visits when medically appropriate. Your physician helps determine the right next step for your child.
Can I contact my physician after hours?
Members have 24/7 physician access. For urgent concerns, call through Spruce; non-urgent Spruce messages receive a response within 24 hours. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Are vaccines offered?
Yes. We provide evidence-based vaccine guidance and offer vaccination through the practice. Vaccine costs and insurance coverage are separate from membership fees.
Can I choose between office visits and house calls?
Yes—choose an in-office or house-call membership. Members may switch once a year. In-office memberships do not include individual home visits; we’ll explain the options at your Meet & Greet.
Can I meet you before my baby is born?
Absolutely. A Meet & Greet is a good place to begin choosing your baby’s pediatrician. Ask us about newborn care and the Fourth Trimester program.
